A Gold Service includes: 

• Thorough safety check for wear and damage
• Brakes, gears, headset checked and adjusted
• Tyre check for condition and pressure
• Realignment of rear mech
• Chain removal, clean and lubrication 
• Drive train cleaned and lubricated
• Check / replace inner cables (new inner cables included as necessary)
• Complete  strip down, everything removed from the frame
• Service of bottom bracket headset and hubs 
• New cables inners and outers fitted (as necessary)
• Clean and polish
